Mandatory skills:

Expert in Nexthink Infinity, NQL queries, PowerShell scripting, Remote action, Workflow and Campaign deployment, Knowledge of Windows OS, consuming APIs, Knowledge of MAC would be advantage.

Essential Job Functions

Excellent knowledge in developing and maintaining bash scripts and command-line tools based on requirements, engaging in automation, and monitoring.Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in tech environmentHands-on experience in writing bash scripts and testing those in customer environments.Knowledge of handling and troubleshooting MAC devices.Identify, design, and develop fixes for MAC device-related issues.Willing to learn the Nexthink tool as these scripts need to be imported to the Nexthink tool and tested for its functionality.Understanding MAC certificates and codesign.How to use the command lineAutomate tasks using Shell ScriptsCreate and use variables in your scriptsMake decisions by using if-else statementsMake decisions based on strings, variables, or filesUse arithmetic expressionsLoop through files and folders with \"for\" and \"while\" loopsUse functionsDeal with variables' scopeCreate Shell Scripts that solve real world problems
