Обязанности: You will have a leading role in the execution of the Next Chapter program in OU. You will be responsible for the project management on a day-to-day basis, e.g., owning and tracking the work plan, key milestones, and deliverables, or setting up and preparing key meetings. Furthermore, you will initiate and conduct ad-hoc as well as deep-dive analysis on an as-needed basis. You will work as the interface between the regional PMO and OU program teams across all functions. You will work closely with the Communication, Change, and HR teams and will help coordinate the transformation. Your role will require superior project management, excellent analytical and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a highly global as well as dynamic environment across varying levels of seniority. Main Activities & Responsibilities Drive and coordinate the Next Chapter PMO activities, as a key support to Region PMO Right hand for OU S&T lead for Next Chapter execution Own and maintain NC program plan, track business case deliverables and major milestones both of OU functional teams using a wide suite of project management tools Support regular review cadence with functions and Region PMO on progress Prepare presentations, maintain meeting schedule on sector level, conduct meetings, prepare and distribute documentation Conduct selected deep dive and ad-hoc analyses on as-needed basis Closely work with GCC and Finance on savings and impact tracking process in OU Coordinate and prioritize requests from OU and Region PMO Help coordinate/ schedule communication and change initiatives as well as special HR topics Требования: >3 years of project management experience, preferably within PEP transformation Strong analytical skills with ability to structure complex problems Experienced in handling several responsibilities in parallel, resilience Very responsive and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment, collaborative Ability to deliver to target and accuracy, and quickly connect the dots Superior project management skills incl. solid understanding of standard PMO tools Good understanding of key activities, roles and responsibilities per function in scope Solid understanding of challenges in transformation contexts; problem-solving skills Clear communication skills (both written/oral) tailored to different levels of seniority
