This role involves managing a diverse team comprising Account Delivery Leads, Practice Delivery Leads, Cognizant associates, and third-party suppliers, ensuring alignment with Cognizant NZ and APJ strategy. You will mentor your team on project management tools and processes, participate in hiring decisions, and conduct performance appraisals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all projects and programs across multiple service lines and consulting, as well as overseeing P&L, people, innovation, compliance, growth, and outreach in New Zealand. **In this role you can expect to:** + Defend the current portfolio while driving sequential and organic growth within the existing book of business. + Achieve key metrics such as Account Bid vs. Did, Sold Margin vs. Delivered Margin, and manage internal account operations. + Build and maintain key client relationships in collaboration with the Client Partner, proposing innovative methods for managing and transforming current business practices. + Manage and resolve delivery escalations to ensure high client satisfaction. + Support Sales in bid management and contribute to business growth. + Collaborate with Legal, Corporate Security, Delivery Excellence, Immigration, and P&C Teams to ensure contract compliance. + Stay updated on Digital Transformation and Automation trends, tools, and competition, including relevant next-generation technologies. + Successfully deliver all projects and programs across multiple service lines and consulting. + Oversee P&L, people, innovation, compliance, growth, and outreach in New Zealand. **Experience:** + Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team. + Hands-on experience delivering complex programs/projects with multiple service lines. + Extensive knowledge of project management tools and processes. + Experience in defending and growing business portfolios. + Experience managing P&L and understanding Cognizant's ways of working, writing MSA, SOWs, building UPTs, running forecasts, revenue recognition, utilization etc + Ability to achieve and manage key performance metrics. + Excellent client relationship management skills. + Experience in handling delivery escalations and ensuring client satisfaction. + Familiarity with bid management and business growth strategies including supporting sales on complex bids + Knowledge of contract compliance and collaboration with various corporate teams. + Understanding of Digital Transformation and Automation trends and technologies. + Experience managing teams from onsite and offshore. **Benefits** Joining Cognizant will give you the opportunity to learn and collaborate with some of the most talented people in the industry, while having your finger on the pulse of emerging industry trends and working on the cutting edge of technology in your field of expertise.
