My client is an ambitious and fast-growing FMCG brand on a mission to reimagine what’s possible in the world of healthy eating and the supplement space. We’re looking for a New Product Development Manager to support the creation of innovative, high-quality supplement and food products that our customers love.

What You’ll Do:

Support the end-to-end product development from concept through to shelf Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, marketing, operations, and suppliers Coordinate trials, tastings, and sample evaluations Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met Support regulatory compliance and documentation Ensure consistent product quality and innovation

What You Bring:

2+ years’ experience in NPD and project management Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines A detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities Experience in the food industry is highly desirable Please note: as part of this role, you will be expected to taste and evaluate meat-based products.
