New Media Operation Intern

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Assist in managing platforms such as Zhihu, TikTok (Douyin), and Bilibili, including content publishing, comment interaction, and fan maintenance. Participate in content planning, assist in prioritizing, editing, and optimizing copy to ensure content aligns with platform tone and user needs. Track platform data, conduct basic data analysis, and assist in optimizing operational strategies. Assist in planning and implementing online activities to improve user engagement and brand exposure. Stay updated with industry trends, explore trending topics, and assist the team in content innovation.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Familiar with the operating rules and user characteristics of platforms like Zhihu, TikTok (Douyin), and Bilibili. Possess good writing skills and be able to build content that matches the platform tone. Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere, Jianying, etc.). Familiar with layout design tools (e.g., Xiumi, 135 Editor, etc.). Have basic image design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, etc.). Fluent in reading and writing English and able to assist in translating English content. Have some data analysis ability and proficient in using office software like Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship experience or experience in self-media operations is preferred. Sensitive to trends and able to quickly capture and transform them into content ideas. Strong interest in new media operations, with good learning ability and execution skills.
