We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented new product launch specialist to oversee planning, reporting, and coordination for launching new pharmaceutical products in pharmacies. This role involves close collaboration with scientific and sales teams for up to six months post-launch to ensure successful product development and integration.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all distribution channel activities before, during, and after product launch.Collect and analyze market data to support long-term marketing strategies.Ensure pharmacy staff are fully informed and trained on new products.Track project progress and support product development evaluation.Prepare and deliver detailed launch reports and customer feedback.Organize training sessions for scientific and sales teams.Maintain pharmacy records and monitor sales performance.Manage the daily operations of newly launched products for at least six months.Create training materials for sales personnel.Design and execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's degree.Solid knowledge of marketing and sales principles.Familiarity with pharmaceutical products.Strong product development insight.At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
