\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining strategic client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services, and driving account growth. Ideal candidates will have experience building lasting relationships, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record in State Government Healthcare.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\n Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for the state of New Jersey, maintaining effective communication for contract administration, escalations, and growth opportunities.\n Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technology) to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.\n Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive-level partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.\n Performance Oversight: Partner with Delivery to drive performance and oversee the end-to-end execution of contracted services.\n Growth Strategies: Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account potential.\n Contract Management: Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and change request processes.\n Issue Mitigation: Oversee issue resolution, mitigation planning, and performance escalations.\n Strategic Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform client strategies.\n\nRequirements:
\n\n Educational Background: Bachelor's degree. \n Experience: At least seven years of experience in account management, compliance management, and Eligibility and Enrollment.\n Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated professional experience and knowledge of industry standards and best practices for large-scale projects.\n Team Leadership: Experience in leading collaborative teams across service delivery, product, and operations.\n Contractual Expertise: Proficiency in navigating contractual terms, service level agreements, and operational governance.\n Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver polished business reviews and executive presentations with confidence.\n Travel: Willingness to travel as needed. \n\nPreferred:

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $116,039-150,700.
