New Installation Sales Representative Your main responsibilities Role: The New Sales Representative creates value through the identification, gain and management of new and existing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and account profitability. Key responsibilities include: + Manage and develop key accounts, anticipating and responding to customer needs and provide insight & reflect market changes through leading customer + Define and achieve value-add for customer & Schindler by providing a route to innovation while integrating route-to-market strategy with marketing & product development + Develop relationship-led business (not product selling) and enable joint development to leverage a broader portfolio of products & services with customer + Coordinate, prepare and negotiate all bid requests and associated offers for key accounts. + Act as a single point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solution to key account issues. + Provide Key Account tailored reporting What you bring Experience: 5+ years experience in Key Accounts/ Project Sales/ Technical Sales Industry : Heavy Equipment/ Building Construction/ Real Estate / Engineering Company What’s in it for you? + Join our purpose-driven organization.
