The main job purpose as a Retail Sales Representative with Titan Factory Direct Homes will be to create a world class home buying experience by assisting customers to identify a floor plan, select options, and coordinate the construction process.\n
Ideal Team Member Profile\n\nConstant Learner - develop expertise in areas such as finance mortgage concepts, product, sales acumen, sales presentation skills and your local market\nCustomer Follow-up - maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers via the company's CRM system\nPersonal Prospecting and Marketing- develop, refine and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase home center traffic. Push ads on social media. We will train you how to do this!\nSet Appointments - set home center visits utilizing prospect database and by converting ad calls and web leads to appointments\nOngoing Training -participates in all sales meetings, training opportunities and other company sponsored functions\nTeam Oriented - cooperative and collaborative, willing and eager to work in a team environment, assist with miscellaneous duties as required\n\n
Requirements\n\nGeneral understanding of the retail environment\nLearn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes\nStrong verbal communication skills\nAbility to excel and contribute to a team environment\nStrong time management skills\nAbility to work required schedule, including Saturdays\nProfessional demeanor and appearance\nSubject to criminal background check and drug screening\n\n
