Ōnin Staffing is looking for hard-working individuals to join our construction team for new residential and commercial HVAC installation. This position is perfect for those looking to learn a trade, grow their skills, and gain hands-on experience working on construction job sites.

What You’ll Do:

Install HVAC ductwork in residential and commercial construction settingsWork outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)Learn and grow with a team of expertsCompany truck provided after training and advancementPaid time for lunch (extra hour daily) and paid idle time
