New Commercialization Manager
**Responsibilities:** + Lead and oversee the execution of value proposition demos (VPDs) across the Mekong Delta region. + Drive data generation on product value delivery, KPIs, KPMs, and ROI versus market benchmarks. + Develop and review technical content and marketing communication materials. + Collaborate with Demand Generation (DG) and Sales teams to establish product value and generate demand. + Collect and analyze customer feedback on product performance (e.g., crop safety, pest control efficacy, crop health, yield). + Build and maintain strong networks with farmers, retailers, academia, and government agencies. + Partner with Field R&D to evaluate product performance and integrate farmer insights. + Support product launches, seminars, and external events in coordination with marketing and demand generation teams. + Lead the preparation of field demos and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. + Facilitate product endorsement through collaboration with academia and local government bodies. + Oversee product technology transfer through internal meetings, farmer gatherings, and training events. + Provide regular updates on crop stages, pest forecasts, and market intelligence to LPCTs. + Build capabilities of internal and external partners through structured training programs. **Job Requirements:** + MSc in Crop Protection, Crop Sciences, Agronomy, or related biological sciences. + Minimum 5 years of experience in the crop protection or agriculture industry. + At least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role. + Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Willingness to travel extensively in the country (up to 70% travel time). + Proficient in professional English.
