We're looking for a results-driven New Business Sales Specialist to join a dynamic and high-performing Microsoft Cloud Solutions team. This role is focused on winning net new business, specifically in Security solutions, and handing over clients to account management post-sale. If you're passionate about solving business challenges, building strong stakeholder relationships, and closing high-value deals, we want to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive new business growth, targeting organizations with security and cloud solution needs

Lead with a Security-first approach across the IMWS (Infrastructure, Modern Work & Security) portfolio
*

Qualify inbound and outbound leads, progressing them into scoped sales opportunities
*

Present tailored security solutions to senior stakeholders, including CISOs and IT leaders
*

Collaborate with pre-sales, technical consultants, and marketing to shape winning proposals
*

Deliver accurate sales forecasting and maintain a robust, well-managed pipeline
*

Stay informed on market trends, cybersecurity threats, and Microsoft ecosystem updates
*

Negotiate confidently with procurement teams and decision-makers to close complex deals

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in new business sales within the IT/technology sector
*

Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Security solutions
*

Strong commercial acumen with ability to articulate business value
*

Skilled in structured sales methodologies and proposal writing
*

Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience selling to senior decision-makers in enterprise environments

Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively
