New Business Integration and Pricing, Assistant Vice President

Who we are looking for

A results oriented leader to manage and lead a systemic process surrounding new business into State Street.  We utilize the entire Microsoft Office suite of products (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, Office Suite) to automate the new business estimation process, to create, maintain and manage a digital inventory of information as it relates to new business.

What you will be responsible for

As a New Business Integration and Pricing, Assistant Vice President, you will

Act a Product Owner for development and maintenance of automate workflowsManage the Deal Estimation process for ALL Back Office and Alpha/Office dealActively participate in Deal Team Meetings to ensure that accurate data is used in the preparation of client proposalsLead / Innovate any new projects requested by the Head of the Deal Teams across all regionsLead and support new business cost analysis, modelling and conduct benchmarking analysis for large complex transactionsOversight of large deals cost estimation globally and be responsible for updating senior management on those dealsSupport Head of Pricing in ad hoc analysis for Management Committee Members (e.g. CFO, Head of Investment Services, Head of Sales, Head of Product)Drive independent conversation and calls with Sales Lead / Client Relationship Manager / Global DeliverySupport creation of deal review package for executive level audienceIdentify and implement improvements in data infrastructure and analytical techniques to improve quality and timeliness of pricing decisionsWork with the developer to enhance/ troubleshoot NBE workflows, brainstorm and plan out new workflows to improve transparency between teams. Escalation point for any items related to NBE; data inquires, function revisions and process challengesLiaison with impacted teams to properly provide information related to Sales Incentive Program (SIP).Collaborate with internal team to identify and implement process improvementsEscalation point for any items related to SIP; pending/ ongoing inquiries, operating model revision, etc.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate degree, preferably a BS in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Math, Analytics, or related Management field. MBA or MS in analytical field a plus.5+ Experience with digitization and Product Owner experience a plus

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $132,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
