Key job responsibilities - Build relationships: You identify, prioritize, and reach out to fashion and sports brands to get them selling on the Amazon Marketplace. - Advise selling partners: You conduct consultations with fashion/sports partners and offer them the most suitable Amazon programs for their online sales. - Support selling partners: You are the central point of contact for your fashion or sports partners throughout all phases of the process and beyond, supporting them in building their Amazon Marketplace business. - Promote collaboration: You work closely with all Amazon product lines as well as our international marketplaces. - Identify opportunities: You proactively discover untapped potential and drive projects to improve or reinvent processes and programs. A day in the life As a New Accounts Manager, you are part of a dedicated, competent, and highly motivated team working across functions and countries. You identify relevant third-party sellers in fashion and sports and help them reach hundreds of millions of customers, build their brand presence on Amazon, and grow their marketplace business. You strategically advise your newly onboarded fashion/sports partners on international expansion, advertising and marketing activities, optimal logistics solutions, and other exciting programs. Additionally, you use your analytical know-how and personal strengths to independently drive innovation and improvements for your fashion/sports partners or your team across Europe. Basic Qualifications - You are fluent in German and have English proficiency at C1/C2 level; speaking Italian is a plus. - You have already gained some initial professional experience in international companies, ideally in sales, key account management, project management, or marketing. - You enjoy proactively reaching out to new fashion and sports brands (cold acquisition). - You are strong in structuring, communicating, persuading, and inspiring. - You have a sense for new trends and a strong customer focus. - You have a strong drive to succeed and are confident in making decisions. Preferred Qualifications - You completed your degree with excellent academic performance. - You have excellent Excel skills, and ideally experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) and databases. - You are familiar with e-commerce, especially in the sports and fashion environment. - You have strong sales instincts and are not afraid of cold calling – you enjoy approaching new brands and turning leads into long-term partners.
