Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the accurate and timely onboarding and maintenance of futures and forex new accounts, developing and enforcing efficient and effective policies and procedures, and assisting with the assessment and implementation of new regulations.  This position will report to the ADMIS Compliance Department.  They will interact with various departments within ADMIS and ADM global affiliates, clearing exchanges, brokers and customers.  We have a strong team that works well together.

Job Responsibilities:     Supervise and provide direction for the New Accounts TeamKnowledge of KYC/AML RequirementsExperience with the onboarding of complex organizational structures and Investment FundsSupervise the onboarding of futures and forex accounts and maintenance of existing accounts Manage Ownership and Control Reporting (“OCR”) to the CFTC and exchangesMaintenance of the customer commission master file in the GMI back office systemCritically assesses existing work processes and recommends improvements and efficienciesJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field5+ years of FCM New Accounts experienceExperience with GMI, OCR Reporting, Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAble to communicate in oral and written form with all levels of the organizationDemonstrated technical and team leadership skills capable of managing a team to accomplish assigned projectsPromotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
