Schedule:
As a Veterinary Technician Liaison, you’ll be the bridge between our Neurology team and the pet families we serve. Your day-to-day will include:Educating pet owners using Ethos-approved and accredited resourcesGuiding clients through their pet’s care journey, answering questions with compassion and expertiseProviding timely updates on hospitalized patientsDocumenting all client communication accurately in medical recordsSupporting the team with treatment plan coordination, prescriptions, and client education🏆 What You’ll Bring3+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician (Neurology experience is a plus!)AS/BS in Veterinary Technology, Biology, or Animal Science is helpfulA passion for client communication and educationStrong organizational and collaboration skillsFluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the roleAbove all, you should value and contribute to a positive, respectful, and uplifting hospital culture, enjoying collaboration with like-minded professionals who share a passion for excellent veterinary care.
