Network Test Engineer
Job Title: Network Test Engineer – Cable Platforms📍 Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite) | 💼 Department: Engineering | 🕒 Full-TimeAbout the Role

We are seeking a Network Test Engineer to join our customer-facing engineering team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in cable technologies like DOCSIS and Remote PHY, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll work directly with service provider customers—especially in the cable segment—to validate new platform solutions and accelerate their deployment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead validation engagements with customers and internal stakeholders.Translate customer requirements into test strategies and lab configurations.Author and execute test plans, document results, and present findings to customers.Support the implementation of new platforms and solutions for MSO and cable customers.Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.Identify and troubleshoot issues, working cross-functionally to resolve them.Drive innovation to improve validation efficiency and reduce time-to-deployment.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience working with MSOs or cable platforms.5+ years of hands-on experience with DOCSIS.Familiarity with Remote PHY and RF principles.Strong working knowledge of Cisco IOS-XE.Experience with network test tools such asIxia, Keysight, or Spirent.Ability to configure lab environments and respond to real-time customer scenarios.Preferred SkillsExperience with Cisco’scBR-8platform.Strong communication and documentation skills.Ability to ramp up quickly on new tools and technologies.Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-driven environment.Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
