Job Description We are seeking a Network Technician to join our Internal Staging Team, working in a dedicated lab environment located within our warehouse. This role plays a critical part in staging, configuring, and prepping network hardware before it is shipped to the field for installation. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and comfortable working hands-on with a wide variety of network technologies. This is a non-customer-facing, onsite position (7am-4pm CST), located in Grapevine, TX (near the DFW airport). Key Responsibilities: -Stage, configure, and prep network hardware for deployment to hub sites and customer premises -Work from Jira tickets to load appropriate configurations onto devices -Collaborate closely with INO Engineers to ensure accuracy of pre-staging -Handle equipment physically: power-up, configuration, boxing, and shipment preparation -Maintain SLAs for equipment turnaround (typically 7-10 days) -Adapt to a broad mix of networking equipment and evolving priorities We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements -2+ years of experience in network engineering or staging environments -Strong understanding of network configuration and hardware setup -Versatility with a wide variety of OEM network technologies -Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems -Ability to work independently, meet tight SLAs, and thrive in a team-based environment -Comfortable working in a hands-on lab/warehouse setting daily Technologies Youll Work With: -Cisco Core Equipment (including Meraki) -Optical Equipment (M5 and M16) -Nokia -Juniper -Ciena -ADVA -Cradlepoint -Fortinet (affiliate devices) Local to Grapevine, TX. This role will be on-site, 5 days a week. Compensation: $20/hr to $40/hr **Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
