As a Network Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud computing architecture. You will play a crucial role in helping customers leverage cloud technologies to achieve its goals efficiently and securely.
Your role:
Oversee the configuration, monitoring and maintenance of LAN, WAN, VPN and firewalls environments.Lead and mentor a team of network engineers.Assure implementation of scalable, secure and high-performance network solutions.Lead incident response efforts and performing post-incident analysis regarding network infrastructure.Implement and maintain network monitoring tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams or infrastructure projects, disaster recovery plans and cloud networking initiatives.Analyse network performance and optimize speed and reliability.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Manage vendor relationship and evaluate network product/services.Oversee the development of network configuration and diagrams.Provide technical guidance during incidents and ensure root cause analysis and documentation.Provide regular updates to senior management on network availability.Why NTT DATA?

Your profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in network engineering roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE (Cisco), Fortinet NSE, Juniper JNCIP/JNCIE ITIL certification is a plus.Deep knowledge of network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, encryption).Deep understanding of IP routing and switching.Proficiency with Layer2/Layer3 network protocols and technologies.Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure or GCP).Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.Fluency in English (B2 level minimum); knowledge of another European language is a plus.You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).*This role may require flexibility, including shift-based work and on-call responsibilities, depending on operational needs.
