Scope & Responsibilities: * Implement and oversee ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes * Administer and maintain the organization's network, ensuring daily availability * Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and deploy solutions * Plan and implement upgrades, patches, and new applications * Develop and implement cyber security strategies * Conduct security audits and risk assessments * Manage response plans for security incidents * Lead and mentor a team of network and security professionals * Coordinate with departments to meet network and security needs * Develop and enforce network and security policies * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements * Provide training on network security best practices * Evaluate new technologies to optimize network efficiency * Manage system backups, new solutions, and software upgrades * Analyze data processing requirements and recommend upgrades * Design, build, and maintain databases * Partner with department managers to automate processes * Make recommendations on device purchasing and negotiate contracts * Prepare annual budgets for hardware, software, and employee compensation * Guide and mentor team members for professional development * Handle staffing matters and conduct performance reviews * Communicate with leadership on project success and employee relations
