Network Support Analyst  

Remote based in Lexington, KY 

Reports to: Director, Contact Center Platform & Telecom  

Background Required: 5 years in a Technical Support role and 2-3 years in Account Management

Job Scope:  

The Sun Auto Team is looking for a Network Support Analyst to assist in the management of their enterprise network platforms. This role will manage and support network services for retail and corporate locations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.  

 

Duties in the role include:  

Coordinating the transition and replacement of services during acquisitions and large projects  

Coordinating repair services through vendors and partners to restore services  

Maintaining database and records of network services and platforms  

Provisioning and decommissioning of network services (move/add/change) 

Writing technical documents and procedures  

Recommending improvements to enhance technical capabilities and reduce operational costs  

Preparing required reports relevant to the operational performance and spend of network services 

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements  

5 Years experience in a technical support role 

2-3 Years experience in account management/support 

Knowledge of network platforms 

Bachelor’s Degree in technology or business administration field preferred
