Kforce has a client that is seeking a Network Support Analyst in Leawood, KS. Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically inclined Network Support Analyst to support a large-scale wireless access point (AP) replacement and installation project across 470+ theatre locations. This role is ideal for someone with a help desk or entry-level IT background who is eager to grow their technical skills in networking and infrastructure deployment. Key Responsibilities: Deployment Coordination: * Support the replacement of existing Arista wireless APs with Meraki APs across 470 locations * Coordinate shipping and receiving of equipment to/from theatre locations * Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and tracking of hardware shipments * Work closely with the Project Manager to align on timelines and high-level communications Technical Setup & Configuration: * Build and configure theatre locations within the Meraki dashboard * Assist with basic switch configuration tasks (e.g., running commands, updating inscriptions) * Learn and apply technical procedures for AP installation and network setup * Escalate advanced technical issues to the core networking team Administrative Support: * Maintain accurate records of site progress, equipment status, and shipping logs * Track and report on weekly progress (targeting 15-20 locations per week) * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the deployment plan
