Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the network team, providing prioritization, coaching, and performance feedbackManage and prioritize network-related incidents, requests, and changes through the ServiceNow ticketing systemEnsure network support services deliver exceptional customer service to clinical, administrative, and support teamsEnsure the monitoring of network performance and proactive actions to minimize impact on patient care and business operationsEnsure the implementation of network diagrams, documentation, and asset tracking in ServiceNow and internal repositoriesCollaborate with IT security and compliance teams to implement and enforce network access controls, auditing, and threat detectionServe as an escalation point for responding to network outages and critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and communicationParticipate in disaster recovery planning and testing for critical healthcare infrastructureCoordinate with vendors and third-party providers to support and maintain network servicesEducation Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in enterprise network administration or engineering to include 2+ years of IT team leadership or supervisory experienceOR
Associates degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent degree plus 6 years of experience in enterprise network administration or engineering to include 2+ years of IT team leadership or supervisory experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Familiarity in enterprise networking technologies (LAN/WAN, switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs)Experience and/or familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or PaloAlto network infrastructureFamiliarity with healthcare technologies (EHR systems, HL7 interfaces, clinical applications)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approachProven ability to work with clinical and non-technical staff to resolve technical issuesCalm under pressure and effective in high-stakes healthcare environmentsExcellent documentation, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesTeam-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindsetLicensure/Certification Qualifications:FTE:1Possible Remote/Hybrid Option:
