Job Description As a Network Specialist, you will collaborate with the networking team to develop and deliver data, voice, and video systems across all offices, data centers, and cloud environments. You will optimize and configure MS Azure networking, firewalls, and management groups, and assist in transforming the firm's networking and security architecture to cloud-based solutions. Your responsibilities include administering the design and maintenance of routers, firewalls, BGP and OSPF networks, perimeter safety devices, and network monitoring systems. Additionally, you will manage DNS, SSL certificates, network trust relationships, VPN, and multi-factor authentication environments, configure conditional access and risk-based authentication policies, ensure network and power redundancy, and administer Wi-Fi components. You will also develop, implement, and disseminate architecture guidelines and standards. Skills and Requirements Certifications like CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, or equivalent experience. Strong communication is essential. Expertise in network architecture (BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, etc.). 5+ years of experience in enterprise network systems, voice, video, and data networks. Experience with security, disaster recovery, and managed service providers. Must be experienced in working on multiple buildings/locations. Support various parties involved in the maintenance of network equipment and network security equipment.  Plan maintenance periods to upgrade, install or replace existing hardware.  Participate in different operational activities on network platforms stemming from various projects, incidents and requests/inquiries.  Monitor all of the design work and deliverables supplied by consultants under the incumbents supervision relating to the projects and the main activities in progress, and review and approve the solutions.  Keep current with trends and innovations in network technology.  Serve as a subject matter expert in various IT projects.  Draft and update relevant documentation, network diagrams, and guides.  Collaboration with Managed Service providers for Enterprise and/or local solutions null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
