Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on troubleshooting experience and configuration management of firewalls (FortiGate,Panorama & Cisco ASA ) - (Must & V.Imp)

• Network Security and related technologies, Firewalls, access and perimeter control, vulnerability management (Must)

• Certification on firewalls (Palo-Alto, Fortigate or ASA) - (Good to have)

• Good knowledge on F5 loadbalancers - (Good to have)

• Hands on trouble shooting experience and Configuration and management of Cisco Routers, Catalyst , Nexus series of switches.

• Hands on trouble shooting experience and Configuration and management of Cisco WLAN controllers, Aruba Central Wireless, Juniper Mist wireless.

• Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills in IPSec VPN technologies, DMVPN,FLEXVPN hands on if known will be (Good to have)

• In-depth knowledge and practical understanding of Networking concepts OSI, TCP and DNS, DHCP, IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP,

• Responsible for handling the Entire Network of a major Client.

• Good in communication and capable of handling inbound and outbound customer calls, which includes live network troubleshooting.

• Certification :CCNA (must to have)/ CCNP (good to have)

• Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts

• Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
• Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
• Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services

• Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
