La figura di Security/Network Engineer, lavorerà all'interno del team NTT che opera on-site presso il cliente nella città di Trieste. Lui/Lei sarà responsabile della gestione delle problematiche tecniche sull'infrastruttura network e security del nostro cliente per garantire che la loro infrastruttura e i loro sistemi rimangano operativi. La risorsa avrà modo di acquisire la completa governance dei servizi erogati interfacciandosi con i diversi stackholders interni ed esterni all'organizzazione (es. vendors). **What you'll be doing** ll profilo ricercato opererà in un contesto davvero sfidante e svolgerà le seguenti attività: + Monitoraggio dell’infrastruttura e delle soluzioni del cliente + Supporto tecnico in business hours per problematiche in ambito Networking/Security + Troubleshooting di secondo livello su principali apparati area Networking/Security + Aggiornamento dei sistemi aziendali + Gestione delle problematiche tecniche con i principali vendor del proprio pillar tecnologico (es. Cisco, Fortinet, HPE Aruba) + Gestione del cliente (interno/esterno) **Esperienza ricercata:** + Esperienza di almeno due anni nel supporto tecnico e troubleshooting in contesti strutturati + Conoscenza delle tecnologie in area Security (Fortinet – Fortigate) e in area Networking (switch Cisco Catalyst, Cisco WLC, Cisco ISE, Aruba Central) + Buona capacità di organizzazione + Ottima capacità di analisi + Forte spirito di apprendimento + Capacità di lavorare in team + Ottima gestione dello stress + Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese B1 (scritta e parlata) + Certificazione CCNA o superiore **Luogo di Lavoro** : Trieste **Workplace type** **:** **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
