Responsibilities & Tasks:

Reports, dashboards & database management Network KPI performance monitoring management Identification of worst performer circles in radio KPIs, Plan action for improvements and track the same. Perform soft/hard optimization of the radio network to optimize network performance CR management complete end to end. Creating the Change request, creation of MOP and creation of scripts for execution. validation of MOP and validation of scripts for smooth execution of change request. Impact analysis, pre-post KPIs analysis & establishing for all CR change Software updates/upgrades & feature implementation Ensure the user experience performance monitoring with various tools like Ground hog, ribbon etc. Network parameters audit & compliance Active participation in customer network optimization related discussions. Develop technical presentations, proposals & work with cross functional team on list of potential activities & solutions To ensure all the optimization tools are maintained and updated Radio Network Optimization Report finalization and presentation to 5G Experience head. Deep analysis of Customer complaints. National level/circle level Manage the workflow for acceptance of new sites with mentioned acceptance tests. Vendor’s desktop and application software capabilities Ericsson: ENM, Secure CRT, Citix. Nokia: NetAct, Plan Editor, Samsung.

 

 

 

Skill Set:

Experience of 2G/3G/4G RNO 5G radio NPO experience will be a plus. Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE and Samsung RAN Portfolio & its application tools Knowledge. Ambitious & Commercial Thinking, Crafting & Innovating, Applying Expertise & Technology, Analyzing, Learning & Researching to deliver results & meeting Expectations Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer science or Telecommunications Engineering or IT mandatory At least 10 years on proven experience Planning, organization and implementing skills, Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to handle circle CTO meetings and discussions.
