**Overview** GovCIO is currently hiring for Network Operations Manager to support our client’s contract needs. This position is located in the Washington, DC area and will be a hybrid remote position with some intermittent on-site work. **Responsibilities** + Manage infrastructure team, oversee day to day O&M activities, work with your team on improvement projects and manage outage mitigation + Manage activities related to maintenance patching and/or upgrades and vulnerability mitigation + Work with PMO to forecast growth and project opportunities + Work closely with Govt network managers collaborating, reporting all related activities + Work closely with other technical service areas on escalated issues + May perform other duties, as assigned **Qualifications** Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience) **Required Skills and Experience** + Experience with Networking Technologies (Cisco, Nexus) + Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure) + Experience with Firewalls (Azure, Cisco Secure) + Experience in Vulnerability Mitigation + Familiar with Microsoft Servers (2020, MECM) + Familiar with Red Hat 10 + Familiar with VPN Technologies **Clearance Required:** Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust **Company Overview** GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
