Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Quickly respond and resolve critical service outages.Assist in establishment of performance baseline, capacity thresholds, correlate events, and define monitoring/alerting criteria.Develop automated solutions to address potential problems before they result in a service interruption.Perform basic network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues across WAN and LAN environments.Execute WAN/LAN patching tasks, including cable management and configuration updates.Implement device hardening techniques to enhance network security and ensure compliance with best practices.Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco SDWAN, Cisco LAN, and Cisco WiFi technologies.Monitor network performance and provide recommendations for optimization.Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of experience or equivalent military / work experienceEligibility Requirement:

CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge and expertise.Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.Familiarity with Cisco SDWAN, Cisco LAN, and Cisco WiFi technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.Organized and self-motivated with an ability to prioritize and manage demanding workloadNote:
