Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and implement solutions that enhance our network operations. Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service LevelsAnalyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by usersPerforming operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)Cooperation with other support teams within entire organizationBuilding-up and contributing to Knowledge Base
