Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a NOC Applications and Systems Specialist. This person will be responsible for initial deployment and maintenance of a new network monitoring system across the entire environment of a mid-size telecom provider. Once implementation is complete, the specialist will be responsible for maintaining the system and presenting business insights and reports utilizing data collected from the monitoring system, as well as other systems utilized within the NOC.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in network operations, IT applications, or data analytics.
Strong understanding of NOC operations and network monitoring tools primarily SolarWinds and deployment of the system in an existing environment.
Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Familiarity with ticketing systems, call center applications, and alarm management tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Power BI null
