What you’ll do

As networks are a core asset that enable better service for both new and existing customers, Vodafone continues to invest in their enhancement and optimization. In this context, we are seeking a candidate with strong financial and planning skills to join the Planning, Demand, Transform & Delivery team, reporting to the Network Market Partner. The role focuses on ensuring that network investment budgets and plans are submitted accurately and on time.

More in depth this role is accountable for developing the company’s detailed annual Network investment budget and Long-Range Plan (LRP), ensuring alignment with the Tech Strategy and local market priorities. Reporting to the Network Market Partner, the candidate will support the CNO/EE in prioritizing investments within the financial envelope, ensuring alignment with Tech2028, cross-functional needs, and market demand. The role also covers end-to-end management of the NSE budget planning cycle, with a focus on cost efficiency and maximizing ROCE.

Job Responsibilities Define and consolidate the high level in country one year and 3yrs network budget plan, including technical KPIsSupport CNO and local Finance during Network budget plan discussion, by preparing relevant materialAccountable for Network budget plan KPI submission (both financial and technical related)Coordinate network scenario reprioritization, involving local stakeholders and Group Network Engineering and Deployment Manage local governance for budget spending approval Coordinates the Network Evolution Plan process aiming at defining the rollout and project strategyInfluencing local and regional stakeholders to align strategies and priorities that achieve best outcome for the marketWho you are
