The Role

お客様は某都市銀行となります。

このお客様は数年前に関西(大阪)にデータセンターを開設しており、有事の際に関西でビジネス継続できるようにするために新組織を立ち上げる予定です。

新組織の中のお客様ネットワーク担当のカウンターパートとして、関西でメンバーをリードして構築・運用に携わっていただくポジションとなります。

Who You Are

【必須なスキル】
・一般的なネットワーク設計・構築スキル
・ネットワーク問題対応の一般的なスキル
・問題発生時の切り分け、復旧方法検討、実施の経験・スキル
・コミュニケーション能力

（お客様からの問いを受けて、適切な調査・回答を行うなど）
・ネットワークプロジェクトにおけるチームリード経験
・5年以上のネットワーク構築、もしくは運用プロジェクト経験

【望ましいスキル】
・ネットワークの運用・監視設計と構築経験
・Cisco CCNP 以上の資格

・ロードバランサーを用いた設計・構築経験
・SDNなどの仮想化技術を用いたネットワーク設計・構築経験
・メンバーの動機付け、育成も念頭においてチームをリードできるリーダーシップ

・PMPの資格もしくはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
