AIG’s Information Technology functions include enterprise architecture, software and systems engineering, cybersecurity, and technology risk and compliance.
How you will create an impact
The Network Lead is primarily responsible for Korea Datacenter operations, including enterprise network, voice, and storage infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience with enterprise networks and strong troubleshooting capability to identify and resolve root causes for various infrastructure-related incidents.The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve infrastructure availability and performance, while ensuring alignment with global architecture and compliance standards.
What you’ll need to succeed
Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
+ Provide overall leadership part of datacenter operation team.
+ Management experience of global enterprise network.
+ Management experience of IT security devices. (PaloAlto, DMVPN, Panorama etc..)
+ Management & operation experience of IP Telephony network.
+ End point machine related knowledge (SCCM, GPO, AD, exchange etc. )
+ People management experience to control service desk and ITO members.
+ Responsible for monitoring all of network for make stable operation.
+ Has the ownership and Co-work with other team member to complete the project successfully.
+ Co-work with Global network team for AIG network change and new implementations.
+ Strong working knowledge and troubleshooting capability for Voice systems and Networks devices.
+ Planning capability for Architecture design on Infrastructure involved.
+ Regularly performance check of network and storage equipment.
+ Periodically performance reporting and activities of network, storage and leased line incident.
+ Leased line bandwidth usage check and status monitoring.
+ Performance management of datacenter team.
+ Define, implement and monitor Network KPIs in alignment with the overall Infrastructure Operational Plan.
+ Keep activation to remediate of existing vulnerability point and enhancement it.
+ Configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
+ Install and configure network equipment such as supports infrastructure applications.
+ Allocate new LUN in order to business requirement in storage equipment.
+ Efficient operation of storage LUN size & design.
+ Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
+ Periodical upgrade and configure system software that supports infrastructure applications or other applications per project or operational needs.
Required Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:
+ Deep understanding of enterprise network architecture and datacenter operations.
+ Experience with dynamic LUN assignment, SAN configuration, and storage recovery procedures.
+ Hands-on experience with Layer 2/3 switching, firewall, DDoS, WAF, and VPN configurations.
+ Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Cisco ACI, Panorama, DNAC, or similar platforms.
+ Experience in root cause analysis, system health-checks, and recovery for voice, network, and storage.
+ Strong knowledge of network protocols and configuration layers (L2, L3, L4).
+ Proficiency in interpreting business requirements into infrastructure solutions.
Management experience:
+ Management of enterprise network vendor’s equipment (Cisco, Arista, Juniper etc..)
+ Coordinate cross-functional efforts during network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
+ Support internal audit and compliance efforts related to network infrastructure.
+ Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
+ Review and maintain vendor performance in line with agreed SLAs.
+ Support project planning, task prioritization, and status reporting for network-related activities.
Other relevant skills:
+ ITIL-based service operations and policy creation
+ Technical documentation and RFP/proposal review
+ Datacenter management and relocation experience.
+ Configuration, capacity and availability management
+ Incident, problem, and change management
+ Understanding of security fundamentals, good practice and industry requirements
+ Critiquing of complex technical designs and proposals
+ Certifications are desirable – Cisco, EMC, PaloAlto
+ ITIL Manager-level certification is preferred
+ IT working experience in the finance industry.
