The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Launch Support Lead to oversee and coordinate the technical support to the National Reconnaissance Office, DoD, NASA and Commercial launch events and activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions during network deployments, upgrades, and expansions and while minimizing impacts to operational readiness.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage network projects in support to launch events and activities from initiation to completion for the

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineers, operations staff, and vendors

Manage resource allocation and scheduling for projects in support of customer launches

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members

Organize and lead project meetings, providing regular status updates to leadership

Ensure compliance with customer policies, standards, and governance requirements

Develop and maintain project documentation and post-launch reports

Continuously improve processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

Required:

University Degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience

5+ years of work-related experience

TS/SCI w/ poly is required

Strong understanding of network technologies and infrastructure

Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow PPM)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desired:

PMP certification preferred

ITIL 4 certification

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,600 - $181,800
