Senior User Technology Specialist (SUTS) - LAN Administration and Support. This role is full-time, 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ (local candidates only). The interview format will be remote. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior User Technology Specialist (SUTS) to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as a backup to the LAN administrator or telecommunications engineer * Diagnose and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, servers, CAD systems, emergency response systems, and workstation hardware/software * Evaluate and recommend solutions for departmental system needs, including PCs, LANs, WANs, and telecommunications infrastructure * Assemble, integrate, and test complex computer systems and networks; Install and configure servers and related hardware * Conduct post-implementation testing and system evaluations * Assist in business systems analysis and stay informed on IT trends * Provide technical training and serve as a project leader * Supervise and direct vendor technicians * Maintain an inventory of IT and telecommunications equipment, hardware, and software * Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate a commitment to innovation and efficiency * Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
