If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** * Manage Forti-SDWAN and Forti-Firewall configurations. * Create and manage SDWAN rules based on source and destination network segments. * Set up underlay and overlay IPSEC tunnels. * Implement policy-based routing using route preferences, priorities, and targets. * Maintain MPLS, BGP, and international link connectivity. * Handle AWS and Azure cloud integrations with multi-vendor direct connect termination to integrate on-prem and cloud environments. * Conduct link failover testing and ensure high availability. * Manage LAN infrastructure including Dell VLT, switch stacking, Port-channel configuration, and other switching technologies. * Operate and maintain Cisco Nexus 9K switches. * Manage unmanageable switches at spoke locations. * Perform link monitoring and shifting as required. * Conduct site surveys and manage site shifting activities. * Perform latency checks and link utilization testing. * Log vendor cases, manage vendors, and ensure closure of cases within SLA. * Configure and manage cloud mobility controllers and association of Aruba Access Points. * Ensure operations are performed within agreed SLAs. * Work in 24x7 rotational shifts. **Required technical and professional expertise** * At least 6-8 years of experience in the networking domain, with a strong focus on Level 3 network operations * Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in customer management and network operations * Strong hands-on experience with: * Forti-SDWAN and Forti-Firewall * IPSEC tunnels, route-based and policy-based routing * MPLS and BGP protocols * Cisco Nexus 9K and Dell switching technologies (VLT, Port-channel, stacking) * AWS and Azure cloud platforms with direct connect configurations * Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, link failover, monitoring, and troubleshooting * Experience with vendor coordination and SLA management * Minimum requirement: CCNP Enterprise certification **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Aruba Cloud Mobility Controller and Access Points * Managing unmanageable switches in remote/spoke locations * Conducting site surveys and managing network shifts * Familiarity with link utilization tools and latency analysis * Prior experience in 24x7 support environments IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
