**Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Firewall Management Toolset Developer to design, develop, and maintain a suite of tools and applications that support our firewall administrators in managing and securing our network infrastructure\. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in cloud\-based solutions, backend database design, and automation initiatives to enhance our firewall management capabilities and improve the overall efficiency and security of our network\. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of firewall technologies, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting, as well as experience with vendor APIs, in\-house developed databases, and commercial off\-the\-shelf \(COTS\) solutions\. You will use this knowledge to develop and improve tools and workflows that support our firewall management team, including: \* Developing and maintaining cloud\-based applications and scripts to automate firewall management tasks \* Designing and maintaining backend relational databases to store and manage firewall configuration and log data \* Identifying opportunities for improved tools and workflows, and designing and developing solutions to address these needs \* Collaborating with firewall administrators and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements Key Responsibilities: \* Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud\-based tools and applications to support firewall management, including automation of routine tasks and workflows \* Develop and maintain backend databases to support firewall management, including data modeling, database design, and performance optimization \* Collaborate with firewall administrators to identify opportunities for improved tools and workflows, and develop solutions to address these needs \* Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with vendor\-provided tools and systems to support firewall management \* Participate in the development of automation scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors in firewall management The ideal candidate will be a self\-motivated and proactive individual with a strong understanding of firewall technologies and a passion for developing innovative solutions to complex problems\.
