Summary: We're looking for a Network Engineer who thrives on problem-solving, is adept with Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, and can ensure seamless network operations across our diverse global sites, including headquarters, large offices, manufacturing, and distribution centers. This role offers significant impact and opportunities to contribute to our network's evolution, with a focus on automation initiatives. This position reports directly to the Director, Global Campus Engineering. Duties: * Network Engineer will provide Tier 3 support for complex network incidents, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime across our global campus and distribution center environments * Implement network configuration changes, including switchport access updates, VLAN modifications, and routing adjustments, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices * Utilize network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds and Cisco Catalyst Center to proactively identify and resolve network performance issues * Manage and maintain our Palo Alto firewall infrastructure using Panorama, implementing security policies, troubleshooting connectivity, and ensuring robust network segmentation * As a Network Engineer, you will manage IP addresses and DNS records using IPAM platforms, specifically BlueCat * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal network connectivity and performance for various business applications * Participate in project work within an Agile methodology, utilizing JIRA for task tracking and collaboration * Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configuration
