Kforce has a client in Saint Paul, MN that is seeking a Network Engineer. This position will be working with data center hardware, inventory, asset tracking, auditing and support and will have on-call/after-hour responsibilities. Responsibilities: * Assists in planning and evaluation of existing network systems * Provides input on network planning, engineering and architecture * Assists with troubleshooting networks * Assists with wiring, cabling and installation of hardware and software * Shipping and Receiving of equipment, inventory tracking * Install/removal/moves new servers, routers, switches and associated cabling * Cleaning of computer rooms and storage rooms * Audits and inventory of equipment and small computer parts * Keep accurate cable inventory * Create change records * On-call and respond to Incident tickets
