Network Development Manager CSC

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Dealer Development Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic development of dealership networks and channels in CSC, to support the growth of the dealer network and adds value for BRP, cultivating a business relationship that facilitates each dealer’s growth, optimal performance, and success. The role involves market analysis, business development with potential dealers, and ensuring the timely construction and optimization of dealerships. This position will plan, enhance, and measure the performance of dealer network. Required travel is an average of 50% overseas and 50% in the office depending on the workload.

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience: 

Design and develop customer journeys to enhance the overall experience.

Support the development and implementation of customer experience positions at individual dealerships.

Foster a culture of customer-centricity both within and beyond the organization.

Operational Excellence:

Manage and analyze Dealer Score Card for each dealership, addressing underperformance.

Establish and enforce channel operation standards, implementing systematic management procedures and best practices across the network.

Conduct profitability analyses and provide financial projections for the dealer network.

Lead Business Intelligence initiatives to enhance operational insights.

Dealer Development:

Manage contracts and relationships with distribution partners.

Collaborate with dealers to develop and execute Business Plans.

Analyze and understand the CSC PowerSport market to develop dealer development plans and strategically plan the channel layout in line with the growth needs of BRP.

Engage in business negotiations with potential dealer investors, attract investments for the establishment of new dealerships, and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for dealership construction.

Support the growth and modernization of dealer infrastructure, including facade design, logo placement, and signage (e.g., totems).

Develop policies to support channel operations, ensuring efficient and effective dealer management.

Design, implement, and manage an Image Audit System to ensure brand alignment.

Oversee the layout design and approval process for dealership facilities.

Assist in the selection and onboarding of new dealers and candidates for the network.

Manage dealership closure processes when necessary.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and report financial statements from dealerships to identify improvement opportunities.

Training 

Coordinate the training sessions for technicians and commercial teams

Enforce Quality BRP policy

Experience:

Years of experience : 10+  Finance, Sales, Projects, Commercial areas, Consulting

 

Education:

Bachelor: Accounting, Finance, Mkt or related

Master degree: Commercial areas or related

 

Language:

Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

English advanced (90%)

French or german is an advantage
