Insight Global is seeking a Network Architect to join the team with one of our clients in telecommunications. This individual will be mainly responsible for looking at the core network, making recommendations for products and services and ensuring networking and high voltage can be completed. This is a customer facing role supporting the core network. Other responsibilities include:

-Provide network design services that meet or exceed the needs of a telecommunications company, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures; coordinate and define network requirements (i.e. design, configure, install, etc.) to include coordinating with other groups within and outside the company to determine the scope of objectives and proposed networking configurations.
-Develop detailed implementation plans to accommodate network growth, security, and enhancements.
-Design network performance reports detailing network status, etc. for management in an accurate and timely manner.
-Analyze data traffic patterns within the network infrastructure, detecting operational problems and recommending improvements to ensure optimal performance; proactively identify symptoms and instabilities in a timely and accurate manner including performing analysis and capacity planning.
-Responsible for designing and implementing innovative network solutions that support organizational goals.
-Serves as the technical lead across all technical teams within Network Engineering.
-Working under general supervision will evaluate network designs and strategies to ensure they meet organizational standards.
-Provides technical product and services training and support to departments within the company.
-Develops training materials, methods, and procedures.
