Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of our internal technology infrastructure. This includes a broad mix of responsibilities such as setting up and managing network hardware and software, overseeing data and communication systems, and ensuring secure and efficient connectivity across all company devices. Duties: * Manage and support core IT systems, including servers, network hardware, cloud platforms, and endpoint devices * Configure, monitor, and optimize networks to ensure stability, speed, and security * Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices across various environments * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and network layers * Provide hands-on support to end users and assist with cross-functional IT initiatives * Continuously explore new tools and technologies to enhance IT operations
