Job Summary
The Network Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's computer networks to ensure secure and efficient communication across systems. This role involves configuring hardware and software, analyzing network performance, and planning for future expansions or upgrades. The Network Analyst collaborates with IT teams and other departments to support organizational goals through robust and scalable network solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field required Equivalent work experience in an acute healthcare setting may be considered in lieu of a degree. 2-4 years of experience in networking infrastructure, troubleshooting and support enterprise level network required Experience with network security and compliance practices preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and MPLS, Working knowledge of network devices, including but not limited to, routers, switches, firewalls; and technologies, including but not limited to, VoIP, SD-WAN, wireless networking. Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, encryption, access controls, and VPNs. Familiarity with security best practices, network hardening, and regulatory compliance requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work well within a team, especially in large, cross-functional projects.Licenses and Certifications
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred Advanced certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
