The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our SDN infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of network protocols, SDN technologies, and virtualization. + Design and deploy Software Defined Network - SDN solutions using VMware NSX and Open-Source solutions. + Configure and install various network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, etc.) + Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including patches, hot fixes, and security configurations + Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability + Troubleshoot network issues and outages + Collaborate with other IT staff to manage network security + Provide technical support and guidance to users + Spanish native language required, Customers support in spanish. + Presence in Madrid is required to visit the customer in person. **Who You Are** + Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role + In-depth knowledge of Software Defined Network technologies base on VMware NSX + Hands-on experience with Linux Open Source Network like (Frr, Quaga, Strongswan, Wireguard, HAProxy, IPtables) + Good understanding of routing and switching protocols such as (BGP, OSPF, RIP, STP, VPC) + Programming and basic skills on Python, PowerShell, Bash, as well as orchestration tools like Ansible. + Familiarity with network monitoring tools + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Excellent communication skills + Relevant certifications on network Vendors like VMWare, Cisco, Juniper, and Cloud providers like AWS, Azure,are a plus **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
