As a Level 2 Network Administrator at Datadog, you’ll play a key role in supporting and scaling our office network infrastructure across global locations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining reliable and secure LAN/WLAN connectivity, managing Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist environments, and responding to escalated network issues. This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in cloud-managed networking while contributing to automation, documentation, and long-term infrastructure planning.

What You’ll Do:
Provision, configure, and support network hardware such as switches, access points, and security appliances via Meraki Dashboard and Mist Cloud. Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure across multiple locations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist environments. Perform network health checks and optimize performance, including firmware updates, policy tuning, and wireless coverage analysis using Meraki and Mist tools.Who You Are:
3–5 years of experience managing enterprise LAN/WLAN networks using Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist platforms, including configuration and troubleshooting via their cloud dashboards. Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and routing protocols. Working knowledge of network security best practices, such as segmentation, firewall rules, and device access controls. Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Datadog values people from all walks of life.
