Cassia, a non-profit healthcare provider operating in five states, is hiring a Network Administrator to join our team in Edina, MN. The position is primarily network administration but may include additional duties as needed. This is a hybrid position with significant on-premises work at our corporate office and all Cassia sites required.

Position Type: Full-Time

Wage Range: $75,000 - $84,000 Annually depending one experience

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of computer network infrastructure and a high degree of technical proficiency with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve.5+ years’ professional experience with multi-site networking including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Firewalls required. Exceptional documentation and communication skills.Experience with security and threat management across the organization.Experience with troubleshooting network systems, especially WLAN.Experience with Fortinet, Aruba, and Clearpass is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to end users both on-site and remote.Education and certification will be considered, but are not a substitute for experience.Willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary.Willingness to visit remote sites as needed, including some overnight stays occasionally.Responsibilities:Overall management of the WAN, LAN, and WLAN at each of our facilities includingFortiGate firewallsAruba HPE SwitchesMultiple WiFi environments (Aruba, Ruckus, HP)ClearPassCradle Point devicesSecurity always at the forefront of every decisionResponsible for enterprise security including network, systems, and end user.
