Job Title: 20710 Netsuite Managing Consultant

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ERP Functional Team Manager to lead our consulting team focused on ERP implementations and support, ideally with expertise in Oracle NetSuite. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, client-facing experience, and functional ERP knowledge to ensure high-quality project delivery and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of functional ERP consultants, supporting their growth, performance, and engagement. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Provide functional guidance on ERP best practices, processes, and configurations, especially within the NetSuite platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and customer focus.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in ERP consulting and team management. Strong understanding of ERP processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.). Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus. Experience managing or executing multiple projects in parallel is a strong plus.
