Job Description:

Role Summary

Crowe’s Technology Advisory (Tech Advisory) practice is seeking an India-based NetSuite Functional Analyst to support ERP implementation and post–go-live activities for private equity–backed clients. This role will partner closely with U.S.-based functional leads to execute data migrations, manage support queues, assist with system configuration, and maintain key project documentation. The Analyst will act as a bridge between functional consultants and technical teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable NetSuite delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Execute NetSuite data migration tasks, including cleansing, transformation, and system loading.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and relay them to offshore developers.Support configuration activities across Suite Builder, Saved Searches, and Advanced PDF templates.Investigate and triage NetSuite support tickets in Azure DevOps, collaborating with U.S.-based consultants to propose and document resolutions.Maintain structured documentation including configuration guides, functional specifications, and status trackers.Log and update work items in Azure DevOps and ensure project artifacts are current and complete.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications

NetSuite Suite Foundation and Administrator certifications required.ERP Consultant certification preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of NetSuite experience in a functional analyst, support, or implementation role.

Technical Proficiencies

Proficient in NetSuite core modules (Financials, Order Management, Procurement).Familiarity with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, CSV imports, Advanced PDF/HTML templates.Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.Ability to read and interpret basic SuiteScript code and contribute to functional–technical handoffs.Experience with low-code tools or prompt-based automation (AI) is a plus.
