Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Brenham is seeking a dedicated and experienced Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to join our compassionate NICU team. About the Role
As a Neonatology Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide expert care for newborns and premature infants, collaborate closely with neonatologists, and support families through some of their most critical moments. You will be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality care to neonates in a Level I NICU settingParticipating in 24-hour coverage, including call and weekendsContributing to our planned NICU upgrade to Level II statusCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure best outcomesEducating and supporting new parents during neonatal careWhy Baylor Scott & White – Brenham?

EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited ProgramEXPERIENCE - More than 1 Year of ExperienceCERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
Acute Care Nrs Pract Cert (ACNP-BC), Acute Care NP-A Gerontology (ACNPC-AG), Neonatal NP (NNP-BC): Must have one of the following:
